At Charlotte: 2003-04: Recorded double-figures singles wins for the third straight season. Played mostly at number two or three singles. Finished the season by winning six of his final eight singles matches. Posted singles wins over players from Virginia Tech, Furman, Davidson and Southern Miss. Teamed with Stuart Lynas to form the team's top doubles team. Posted doubles wins over teams from UNC Greensboro, Furman and the Citadel. 2002-03: Tied with Arturo Aguirre for the most wins on the team with 19. Won seven of his last nine singles matches. Posted wins over Thomas Kwong of Saint Louis and Juanjo Martin of Southern Miss in the Conference USA Tournament. Won three of his four matches at the USC Fall Invitational to advance to the semifinals in Flight 2. At the Southeastern Intercollegiate Invitational, he won three singles matches in Flight 4, defeating players from West Virginia, Davidson and Virginia Tech to advance to the finals. This marked his first ever trip to the flight finals in his collegiate career. Teamed with former 49er Christofer Boman to win seven doubles matches, mostly at number three doubles. They won four of their last six doubles matches. 2001-02: Won 11 singles matches playing mostly at number six singles. Posted singles wins over players from the Citadel, Elon, East Carolina, Marquette, East Tennessee State, Coastal Carolina and Campbell. Teamed with various partners in doubles to win five matches. Enjoyed the most success in doubles teamed with Marlo Santoso.
At T.C. Roberson: Team won state 3-A championship as a junior and senior. His team finished state runner-up his other two years of high school. As a junior, was part of the state championship doubles team.
