In his C-USA starts against East Carolina (4/13) and Louisville (4/19) he pitched at least seven innings. His best start of the season was against East Carolina, where he pitched a career-high 7.2 innings with only one earned run to collect his first career win.
At East Forsyth - Named all-conference three times. Named honorable mention all-state as a junior and a senior. Set school-record for strikeouts in a seven inning game with 18. Tied the school record for consecutive no-hitters with two. Named Athlete of the Week by the Kernersville News. Part of team that won back-to-back conference championships.
