At Charlotte - 2007: Atlantic 10 All-Freshman Team... Made second-most appearances for anyone on the pitching staff... Put together a 6-1 record and recorded four saves in first year of collegiate baseball... Tossed only a third of an inning of relief (came in with a pair of inherited runners in the ninth inning and recorded a groundout) in earning his first collegiate win as Charlotte scored two in the bottom of the ninth in a 7-6 victory at home against College of Charleston on 3/17... The next day in Charleston, finished the final 3.1 innings, allowing an unearned run in the tenth as Charlotte came back to win in extra innings at College of Charleston 7-6... Earned first career save after tossing an inning and inducing a bases-loaded double play in Charlotte's 12-10 win at Saint Louis on 3/4... Got a win in four straight appearances from 4/28 to 5/12, including three conference wins... Earned first career NCAA postseason save, tossing four innings of relief and striking out a career-high six batters in Charlotte's 12-10 elimination-game win over N.C. State on 6/3... Did not allow a run in seven consecutive games, a stretch of 15.1 innings from 4/28-5/25... Team was 17-3 in games in which he appeared... At Mt. Saint Joseph - Member of 2004 Maryland State Champion with record of 28-6 and a number-two overall ranking by the Baltimore Sun... The Gaels finished 21-13 in 2005 and fell in the MIAA title game... Team was 24-6 in 2006, winning the regular season MIAA title... Played on same fall team with Adam Mills...
